Payment

• All orders must be fully paid in advance after confirmation.
• All fully paid are non-refundable.
• Payments can be made by clicking "PayPal - Credit Card / EPS" or bank deposit (HSBC / Hang Seng Bank) on the website (please send us a receipt / online screenshot). Payment can be made by cheque by corporate account only.
• All orders cut-off time is 3 pm. After 3 pm the order will be counted for the next day's orders.
• Pre-order day, please refer to our products or check with us for more details.
• All orders cannot be changed once confirmation.
• All orders must be made by website/ email/ WhatsApp. If you do not receive our confirmation within 2 hours, please contact us immediately.
• If you need a paper box / plastic box / bag, please check the price with us. 
• All orders can be pick up in Tsim Sha Tsui.
• For any location within the city are, $60 to $150 will be changed for each delivery order. Please check with us for more details.
• Valentine's Day Collection is not applicable to the above delivery charges. Please refer to the Promotion terms or check with us for more details.

Seasonal Availability

• Flowers shown may not available at all time due to the seasonal and regional.
• All flowers' color and package may not the same with the picture shown picture. However, we will make an effort to maintain the quality of flowers and floral design.
• Never Mind Florist reserves the right to amend and withdraw any terms and conditions in any time without prior notice and shall remain final decision.
